Making Coconut Cream

Making Coconut cream from shredded coconut meat. It's quite a process as you need to first collect coconuts, husk them, split them in half and then shred the meat. Once you have three or four coconuts shredded you then begin squeezing the milk out of the shredded meat. And the result is an amazing ingredient for cooking fresh fish and an excellent addition to our experimentation with Indian curries.
