After exploring a few of the beautiful bays on Nagai Island we anchored in 'The Kitchen' in Canton Cove in Sanbourn Harbor on Nagai Island (55 09.28' N 159 59.84'W). What a wonderfully calm anchorage, absolutely flat calm and not a breath of wind despite gusts and williwaws blasting down some of the other bays on Nagai that we'd explored earlier in the day. I set a crab and prawn trap, but pulled zeros, so we decided to move over to Sand Point to ride out the forecast East 35 that was to be quickly followed by W 30.
