LightSpeed is set up with environmentally conscious systems to ensure our carbon foot print is minuscule. Ships systems run exclusively on solar and wind power and we even run bio fuel in our engines and cabin heaters. LightSpeed an Atlantic 42 sailing catamaran is built to the highest standards and offers unparalleled sailing performance and comfort. With a outside cockpit and inside pilot house you can enjoy wind in your face or the cozy comfort of the cabin while taking in the sights. With a beam of 23'-3" LightSpeed is super stable both underway and while at anchor to ensure both comfortable non-fatiguing sailing and a great nights sleep. Designed by Chris White and constructed with the best materials and finest craftsmanship, LightSpeed is comfortable, fast, open ocean capable and a true sailors boat. With a generous sail plan its not often we call on the twin diesel engines to get us where we're going, but sometimes they are helpful for keeping a schedule.    Accommodation: Guest queen cabin. Guest double cabin (for one adult or two very friendly ones or kids) Guest bathroom with electric vacuflush head, sink and mirrored medicine cabinet. Shower room with pressure hot and cold water. High quality bed linens and shower towels. Thermostatically controlled forced air cabin heat. Halogen reading lights and fans in all cabins. Meals: Totally customizable but can include: Delicious daily breakfasts, lunches and snacks. Appetizers paired with great local wines.
