We've finally entered the tropics and found some sublime weather. Overnight temperatures in the low seventies and sea temperatures in the mid seventies. Tried surfing for the first time on some small waves here in the bay and had a blast. Several other guys at the break were riding stand up paddle boards or SUP boards and we are now wishing we would have picked one up while in San Diego. Thinking maybe an ULI 11' inflatable SUP might be the solution to easy storage on the boat and actually getting a SUP down to Mexico as the ULI board weighs only 26 lbs and packs into a checkable size piece of luggage. If any of our readers are headed to Mexico and willing to haul down a SUP let us know.
Today we have another Baja Ha Ha beach party and plan on more surfing. Tomorrow at dawn we begin Leg 3 of the Baja Ha Ha.
